A: We offer Free Delivery on all standard orders within 2 to 5 working days.

A: Yes! For Same Day Delivery, charges will be applicable as per actual Porter (or third-party logistics) rates based on your location.
Q4: What are the warranty terms?
A: We provide a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty services and technician visits are available within our branch cities (Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, and Bangalore).
Q5: How do I pay for my order?
A: 1. Booking: Pay a token amount of ā¹1,000 to confirm your order. 2. Balance: The remaining balance is payable via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Note: Balance payment must be cleared just before the item is unloaded at your place.
Q6: What is your delivery policy for higher floors?
A: Our standard delivery covers transport to the Ground Floor. Due to the large size of this 4-door unit, an additional labor charge of ā¹300 applies for lifting it to upper floors.
